[Jan 23rd, Sat] Yoga to 2021

It was last Fall that we had our first Yoga experience class at WF Central. And it was a full house.

Foodie members enjoyed the Yoga instructing and the view from WF Central, glancing down one of the hottest tourist/shopping center in Beijing.

Positive feedbacks and requests for more Yoga experience classes have flooded to us.

We have heard you, our dear Foodie members. So here it comes. Beijing Foodies will throw out our second Yoga experience class on Jan 23rd, Saturday afternoon, at China Central Place (Huamao), in partnership with PURE Yoga. You will get to enjoy the authentic Yoga instructing with Jay (Jayapraksh), sailing to a healthy and fresh start of 2021.

In addition to the nice and beautifully balanced Yoga experience, you will also get to meet and connect with other like-minded international young professionals who also work and reside in Beijing. There might be sparks. There might be friends. There might be opportunities. And there might be outings for drinks and snacks afterwards.

Jay aims to help his students understand the purpose of practicing yoga rather than just making practice a habit.

“It matters to me how much the degree of awareness evolves in one’s lifetime!” His approach is not merely to aid students in achieving greater flexibility and strength but rather to attain the discipline that must be created out of yogic sadhana. With this level of practice, Jayaprakash believes it is possible to make the planet one united nation.
