红丝带慈善晚宴重磅归来

在全世界范围内，艾滋病已经成为导致青少年死亡的第二大原因。而在中国，根据中国疾病预防防治中心的统计，截止到2015年10月，已有超过五十七万的人患有艾滋病，或者携带艾滋病病毒。而其中，年龄在15到24岁的就有超过九千一百五十二人。从2008年至2014年，青少年患艾滋病的数量已经翻了5倍多。

艾滋病在年轻人中的感染率日益增长，然而，由于能够得到相关信息的有效途径有限，这使得艾滋病防范在青少年人群中的推广和普及也变得更加棘手。由此可见，提升青少年的防范防控意识，以及患病后如何应对、心理疏导、积极治疗等都变得尤为紧迫和重要。

去年在上海凯宾斯基大酒店举办的晚宴获得了良好的反响，在近一百三十多名企业个人的支持购买和赞助下，成功为滋道网健康服务中心——为艾滋病患者与病毒携带者提供关怀与医疗咨询的非盈利社会组织，筹到了近5万元的款项，用于提升艾滋病患者在住院期间的生活质量。

而今年的红丝带慈善晚宴将于今年的世界艾滋病日12月1日再度回归。此次主办方上海骄傲节、上海茜侬文化传播有限公司将携手上海新天地安达仕酒店，为上海青艾健康促进中心进行筹款晚宴。

受益方上海青艾健康促进中心，是由一群热衷于社会公益事业、以普及青少年性知识与性健康为己任的大学生发起成立的专业社会组织。中心为上海地区青少年人群提供性安全的宣传教育、专业培训、知识交流平台，并提供心理干预、性病包含艾滋病咨询及检测等服务，为群体树立积极向上的生活理念，提倡健康阳光的生活方式，营造健康快乐的社会环境。

晚宴形式为正式西式四道菜，提供现场表演，致辞，抽奖环节等。来宾都将获得精美礼品一份。晚宴后，安达仕的宣吧还将为宾客提供特价酒水，尽享美妙夜晚。

Red Ribbon Gala Dinner Returns Dec 1^st, 2016

HIV/AIDS has become the second highest leading cause of death among adolescents globally. In China, according to China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, there are more than 570,000 people living with HIV/AIDS as at October 2015. Of that number, 9,152 are youths aged between 15 and 24. From 2008 to 2014, the number of youths infected by HIV/AIDS has increased by five times.

The rising trend of HIV/AIDS infections among younger age groups coupled with lack of access to proper information adds to the challenge in HIV/AIDS prevention. There is an urgent need to not only raise awareness on prevention of HIV/AIDS among the younger generation, but also to inform them on what to do, how to get treatment, and where to receive counseling should they be infected.

Last year, thanks to more than 130 generous individual and cooperate donors and sponsors, the Red Ribbon Gala Dinner, held at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, successfully raised ¥50,000 for Shanghai AIDSLIFE Center, an organization that provides care and counseling for HIV/AIDS patients, raises awareness and support from society, and promotes tolerance and anti-discrimination of the infected.

This year, ShanghaiPRIDE, Q-Events, together with ANDAZ XINTIANDI, SHANGHAI bring yet another Red Ribbon Gala Dinner in conjunction with World AIDS Day to raise funds for SHANGHAI QINGAI HEALTH CENTER.

Shanghai Qingai Health Center is a charity organization established by motivated college students focusing on youth sex health. The center serves the youth community in Shanghai by promoting safe sex measures, providing professional training, maintaining discussion forums, providing psychological intervention services, and providing counseling on and testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) including HIV/AIDS. It aims to help the Shanghai youth community develop a positive life attitude, advocate a healthy lifestyle, and nurture a pleasant social environment. 

The gala will include a 4-course formal western dinner with live entertainment, presentation, speeches, raffles draw, and more. Guests will receive a gift bag each. There will be a special discount at Xuan Bar for the after-party.
